Challenge
Change management is a space filled with generic corporate-speak and bland visual identities. Hasacom wanted something that actually embodied their philosophy — a brand that felt alive, distinctive, and confident enough to say something. The logo had to work at every scale, carry real character, and speak equally well in professional and human contexts.
The target audience spans corporate decision-makers, individual leaders, and teams in transition — a wide range that demands a brand capable of warmth and authority in equal measure.
Solution
The key was the mark: a stylised bird in flight, constructed from constellation-like dots and connecting lines. The metaphor lands intuitively — navigation, perspective, freedom, forward movement. The icon is distinctive without being decorative, and the construction from geometric nodes gives it a structured, precise quality that feels intentional rather than whimsical.
The wordmark pairs with the mark seamlessly — the "o" in hasacom replaced by a warm gold dot that echoes the node points of the constellation, creating a subtle unity across the identity.
The colour palette anchors the brand in warmth and credibility: a rich warm gold, near-black, whisper white, and cool grey. The typography — DIN 2014 in three weights — adds clarity and professionalism without cold distance.
The identity was applied across all practical touchpoints: email signatures, office signage, merchandise, and stationery.
