Common pricing questions
The price covers the described scope. If your project fits the package exactly, you pay exactly that price. If the scope is larger, we provide a transparent proposal upfront — no surprises.
All prices are net plus applicable VAT (currently 19% in Germany). You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately.
Yes. For larger projects we agree on a payment plan — typically 40 % on commission, 40 % on design approval, 20 % on delivery. We’ll find an arrangement that works for both sides.
Scope changes happen — that’s normal. We discuss every change transparently before any additional costs arise. Our day rate for additional work is €1,200 net.
Yes. After completing a project we offer maintenance contracts (from €490/month for websites) and Advisory Retainers (from €2,900/month for strategic guidance). Many clients have worked with us for 10+ years.
