Building trust in a trades-adjacent service requires a very specific visual register. The brand had to feel professional and reliable — not slick or corporate — and had to communicate that the company knows its subject matter deeply. In a category where homeowners are often anxious about complexity and cost, the design had to reduce friction from first impression to contact.
The website needed to do more than present information. It had to actively convert visitors: guiding them through service options, explaining the process, surfacing funding information, and ultimately routing them into the quote configurator without losing them along the way.
Solution
The brand identity anchors on the Federmeister wordmark and the bold F logomark — built with a geometric precision that communicates trade expertise, accented in orange (energy, action) and grounded in professional green. Source Sans Pro Black Italic runs throughout as the brand voice: direct, confident, and in motion.
The website is structured as a conversion engine. The homepage establishes trust quickly and offers two clear entry paths — repair or new build. The configurator walks visitors through a 13-step process that captures everything needed for a meaningful quote, presented in a format that feels simple even as it gathers complex data.
Service content pages cover every aspect of facade work in depth — painting, insulation, cleaning, repair — answering the questions visitors bring before they've thought to ask them. The location finder ensures the platform works at a local level, connecting each visitor with nearby partners.
