The smart meter rollout demands new digital infrastructure from grid and metering operators. And municipal CO₂ accounting to BISKO standard is increasingly a prerequisite for funding and statutory reporting.
We build the digital platforms that implement these requirements in practice — for over ten years. Including the Klimaschutz-Planer for municipal CO₂ accounting (2,200+ municipalities) and the campaign platform STADTRADELN (1M+ active participants) — both for Klima-Bündnis Services GmbH.

The Klimaschutz-Planer is the central digital instrument for municipal energy and CO₂ accounting in Germany. Developed for Klima-Bündnis Services GmbH, in operation since 2014, used by over 2,200 municipalities across Germany.
The platform enables standardised CO₂ balances to BISKO standard, action planning and monitoring — for climate protection managers in municipal administrations who are often not IT specialists. Intuitive user guidance, scientifically validated calculation methods, regularly updated emission factors.
Open source. German servers. GDPR-compliant.
We build on open-source technology: Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Drupal, Nuxt/Vue.js, Flutter. No proprietary code, no licence fees. Hosting on German servers (Hetzner, AWS Frankfurt) — full GDPR compliance, no data transfer to third countries.
For municipalities and public sector clients this means: no hidden follow-up costs, free choice of maintenance and development partners, full data sovereignty.
